The focus of this project consisted of accessibility upgrades, centered around a new accessible lift. Using a rigorous code analysis at the project outset, a solution was identified that reduced the project's estimated construction cost by over 30%. The project involved prioritization of state of good repair renovations to mechanical and electrical systems as well as upgraded finishes to the building entrance.
